Congratulations to Catherine Rubinger, 2015 Business Woman of the Year

The Greene County Chamber of Commerce awarded Catherine Rubinger, owner of NAPA 5-Star Store Tannersville Auto Parts, with the 2015 Business Woman of the Year award.

Being an enterprising businesswoman, Rubinger leaped headlong into a traditionally male-dominated industry and has succeeded in growing her business in four Tannersville locations over the past 26 years. Most recently, Tannersville Auto Parts received NAPA’s acclaimed Five Star Excellence rating in 2009 and 2011, and her Tannersville store was one of only six in the 73-store Albany Division to achieve Five-Star Status in 2014.

Being a graduate of Hunter-Tannersville High School and a lifelong mountaintop resident, Rubinger not only strives to strengthen the local economy, but also enrich the lives of its residents. She is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Hunter Foundation and a member of the Hunter Civic Association. She is also a member of Tannersville Area Health, which gathers and distributes medical equipment to Mountaintop residents in need.

NAPA supplies over 422,000 quality parts and accessories for automotive and industrial applications—the most extensive inventory in the industry. The Main Street Tannersville location is a hub for mechanics and hobbyists alike, with a robust delivery schedule in place. You can browse their extensive inventory and meet 2015’s Business Woman of the Year, Catherine Rubinger, at the store on 6208 Main Street in Tannersville.
